This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on capymo.com.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as “final sale”

  • Used or damaged items not caused by our error

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Once verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following the steps above and place a new order.

8. International Returns

For international orders:

  • Return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping fees and import taxes are non-refundable
